Install took place within a week. The engineers who installed it were very thorough and clean throughout the install, they explained the various ways to operate the system. Cost is simple to understand you do select what you want based on your need and your own views as well as the experience which the team is happy to share with you. After having several "big" named security companies manage our office alarm system and consistently being disappointed with their service and their technology (the alarm was constantly firing off on the weekends and consistently not being able to set the alarm without a reset on the way home) we decided to move and to try out someone with actual premises based in Kent. The service from all of the team at Amiga has been sensational, their engineers made our transition smooth and explained all of the technology clearly to all of our team when on site. We had calls from their office team prior installation, after installation and a couple of weeks later to ensure everything was running well and it was a nice change to know that real people in an actual office premise based in the county our offices are in actually cared how their system was running and to hear any feedback from us. I would like to mention how impressed we were with your technical engineer.
He was on time, worked quickly and efficiently, he took care to remove footwear when in sensitive areas, he took care to always wear a mask.
Everything was carried out as requested and as per the order.
Upon completion he talked us through the setting and procedures for the new system and everything was left clean and tidy.
We were really pleased with the work carried out by him, he is a credit to your company, and we have no hesitation in recommending your services and this engineer in particular.

Highly Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looking for an alarm or CCTV....look no further!!! I was in the market for a burglar alarm and CCTV so I contacted 3 companies. 2 companies were big nationals, the ones you will have seen adverts for, received leaflets from and probably had knock on your door and the 3rd was a local company, Amiga. With the nationals they sent round "Sales" People who were not interested in me or my requirements and just wanted to sell, sell, sell with their travelling sales person videos and kits. In fact during one of these visits I was advised I needed to 2 cameras to meet my needs without them viewing the property externaly or discussing my needs! After these visits I said to the wife, I hate "Sales" people when it comes to technical things like this and she said well who do you want to come round, an "Engineer" person ... I was like YES! And that's what I got with Amiga, a friendly, professional Engineer called Matt visited my home, listened to my requirements and advised the best way to achieve this and gave some options too...no sales just recommendations to achieve my goal....PERFECT ✅ I would also like to say how fantastic the service was from start to finish. It started with a telephone call to Jemma, who listened to my original requirements and provided a base quote. She arranged for Matt to visit and review and discuss the detail. Matt fine tuned what was required and a few days later all was installed. Best of all, my money has gone to support a local business.
