Mike was great to deal with from the outset - arriving when he said he would to survey and quote, the quotation arrived swiftly and was easy to understand. The survey was good, Mike took the time to fully understand our needs and requirements - suffice to say, we are delighted with our Hikvision system - the mobile device integration is great! Very trust worthy for starters. Very professional, neat and tidy installation.

I had CCTV and home alarm system fitted and people comment how well it is fitted and blends in, but lets you know it is there.

First let me say that Michael Haines from Amegan cctv who fitted our "4" new bullet style night vision cameras is one of the most tidy and clean worker I have had working in our home, now if all of this new security system continues to work as at present, all will be fine. Having researched five local based security companies, Amegan, held the best reviews, and was my first point of call. Following my initial phone call for an urgent installation for personal safety, Michael was at our property the very next day, and provided us with a full and reasonably priced quotation. The products took two days to order, and were installed four days after my initial call. The installers were friendly and removed their shoes when inside the house. The installation was neat, and they listened to my specific requests and needs. We are extremely pleased with the quality over the system, which works perfectly for our needs, allowing us to view the property on our mobile phones and ipads when away from home. We have now just returned to Amegan to add some more cameras and additional hard drive memory to the system for added peace of mind, and once again, this was turned around within a few days. We have a Grade II listed property in a conservation village and the detail and perseverance required through the planning process was admirable on the part of Amegan. Michael provided every detail, drawing and response required to see us through the lengthy process and 18 months later we have peace of mind and security with discrete CCTV. Amegan put in our CCTV last year. They arrived on time, both for the quote and to do work. They were tidy workers, everything was done when they said it would be. The box in the house turned out to be a bit noisy for where we had it and they came back and changed it. I've now had another query and Michael answered emails promptly and fixed the issue. A friend of mine had a cctv system fitted by this company and recommended them to me.i rang to enquire and the owner came and viewed my site and priced for a system that very same day,we paid the deposit and the system was fitted the following week. We are extremely pleased with the system as it does a variety of things and you can even add to it at a later date if you wanted to.The night vision cameras are excellent and even the normal ones work well at night.The owner did come back for an hour and helped to change some of the settings around for us,timers and things.All in all an excellent service and cctv system.I would highly recommend this company to any one looking for a system ,you will not be disappointed. I debated long and hard about the merits of buying a CCTV system for my house located in a rural location in the Blackdown Hills. After some research I found Michael of Amegan and after he visited, and speaking to him at length, I decided to accept his quote. The fitting was over 2 days and was professionally completed with very little mess or disruption by him and his fitter who were courteous throughout. Pictures were HD in the day and very good IR at night. My decision was vindicated when after about 2 weeks a courier delivery driver caused severe damage to a lamp post on my drive whilst we were out. His careless actions were fully captured on my hard drive and with Michael's further help I managed to download and make a copy of the footage in case the courier company contests the claim I will be making. Prompt and professional service which began from the initial phone call, the follow up engineer visit and the actual installation itself. All this took place place within a week of the initial query. Amegan clearly explained which options were available, most suitable and cost effective for my domestic CCTV install. I have home access to monitor the front and back cameras set up on 02 separate residential TV's, a residential computer, an Ipad and 02 individual Iphones. We had Amegan CCTV upgrade our shop CCTV with a H,D DVR unit, which made a massive differance. We can carry on using the existing cameras and when they die they can be replaced with H,D ones. Amegan CCTV gave me a professional site survey and quotation which was exactly what we wanted and swiftly aswel. They suggested an installation date next week But when asked weather he could do it the same week managed to complete everything within the same week. We was very pleased as I wanted it straight away and did not keep me waiting at all. Some of the other Bristol companies I contacted could not even do the site survey the same week let alone the complete install. We have had a complete CCTV system installed in our shop which can be viewed by our shop assistant at the till area. This gives the upper hand when keeping and eye on some customers up to no good. Also we can view it from upstaires on our big screen so I as a manager can keep an eye on both the customers and staff. In particular if we get any busy spells so I can pop down to give a hand.
