Agreed up front on services including clean up a bush at the back of the garden, provide top soil with grass seed, remove a few paving slaps and finally a shed 6x8 shed base. The soil not not sufficient, grass seed literally not there. Lied the paving slaps cannot be removed as it would damage the structure of the house??? and finally the shed base is smaller than agreed plus not leveled. Job completed in a heavy raining day and never returned to fix issues. Called and agreed multiple times and I waited like an idiot at home. Excuses include car break down, attend family funeral, etc. Absolute liar. I hope I can give zero star. Avoid! More...
