Amber Jay

I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Amber. She worked so hard with me to encourage personal growth and supported me in finding myself again following a career change. I loved setting time aside with her each week that was purely for me, as this forced me to stop and take time out for myself (which I came to realise was more rare than I thought!) Each session with Amber really helped me to navigate through a huge array of emotions I was experiencing in all aspects of my personal life and for that I am incredibly grateful.
