I have just had my vertical blinds fitted and they are beautiful. Amber Blinds never disappoints, they fitted blinds at my previous home 15 years ago, also at my work place. From choosing the fabric I wanted (a lovely chenille) to a week later being fitted by a friendly competent young man, the whole process was first class. Mike was very friendly and professional and gave me great advice on what would suit my flat best as I wanted them to look stylish. Good job at the start with initial fitting on the 8 August, but despite numerous reminders still waiting for missing pelmet to be fitted. Await satisfactory conclusion of job.Following my review, above of yesterday, I called at the shop. Spoke to Ricky who promised to get this job finished. The result is that he called at my home this morning and completed the job! This, after 10 texts/voice mails/visits to the owner, Mike. In view of the job quality and pricing I have upgraded my star score from 2 to 4. In view of the delays and your dilatoriness, I cannot give it a full 5 Mike. I can now recommend this business but the conclusion is do not pay until the job is fully finished. I appreciate that this is blindingly obvious but I paid in good faith, the remaining job was trivial and after all Amber Blinds act in good faith by not taking a deposit, ordering materials, when instructions are given.
