Hello and welcome! I'm glad you found my profile.
I am a certified Relationship and Life Coach and I help women (and men too!) who are in disconnected relationships to find clarity. We work together through 1:1 coaching to help you reach a decision regarding your relationship, which is either to stay and improve your connection with your partner, or to leave in the knowledge that this is the right choice for you.

The main focus is always YOU, and we start here first, as this helps to alleviate any stress you may be feeling.
We look at your habits and patterns and create new positive beliefs that help you in all areas of your life.

If you are struggling with the decision of whether to try and fix your relationship or marriage, or whether to walk away, this is undoubtedly one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make.
It will impact every part of your life including your children, friends and family, finances, and lifestyle.

With relationship coaching I’m able to help my clients reach clarity and achieve a decision they have complete confidence in.

I also incorporate the Law of Attraction into relationship coaching, as this can be incredibly powerful. By understanding and applying the principles of the Law of Attraction, we can work together to shift your mindset, focus on positive energy and vibration, and attract a healthier and more fulfilling relationship. Through personalised guidance and exercises, I'll help you align your thoughts, emotions, and actions with your deepest relationship vision, empowering you to create the love and connection you truly deserve.
