I could not recommend these guys enough! I came in wanting to get fitter and stronger and knew I wouldn’t be able to achieve it on my own without somewhere there to really motivate me and get me buzzing and that’s exactly what has happened and Alton Personal Training have delivered! Absolutely love going to the gym now for a hard but fun workout, going 3 times a week and twice having my personal trainer sessions and can without a doubt say it’s what I look forward to every week! Anyone looking to lose weight, get fit and strong or just looking for a good environment to get yourself off the sofa and working out, I would 110% recommend Alton Personal Training! More...

We create programmes tailored to you. With 1 to 1 sessions to assess progress and develop your programme further. We make clients aware it is not an overnight process but with regular training and the right attitude results are guaranteed.

Regular training accompanied with a good diet. This isn’t just your ‘healthy’ meal plan diet. Although being healthy is important! We encourage what nutrients you should be consuming and give you guidelines to adhere to based on your size and shape. This means you will know exactly how much of everything you should be eating. The results are often surprising!

We love seeing people achieve their goals. The job satisfaction from that is brilliant. We love hearing people’s stories of how their new body has changed has impacted their lives positively!

We have always been sporty from a young age; attending regular sports commitments and being part of a team. We decided to start a business based around our passion and working with others is like being part of a team.
