Depending on the clients goal can be a number of different ways in approaches, mainly from food, different adaptations of training, styles, and of course, lots of fun

Sorry, but there isn’t one it’s hard work, usually controlled food or dietary restrictions

Uniqueness of every different client and person I come into contact with, everybody’s always got something different to say 
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love what I do, but I hate being told what to do now I tell myself what to do, but still love it 
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I understand, I’m just your average Joe, I’m not some crazy bodybuilder, awesome super duper gymnast, but I am a guy that understands that fitness is a key role to a happy and healthy life but it is all about balance. I enjoy the odd doughnut, a drink with friends and family members. But also eat salad and chicken and fish & plenty of other yummy things

Yes, there is software i used to create everything from training plans, mobility routines & nutritional templates,
its like having a training in your pocket everywhere with weekly or biweekly check in we’ll discuss everything.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Taking the appropriate government measures when they were in place now, just maintaining general and obvious hygiene standards
