Arthur got in touch immediately after I'd submitted my request to discuss the job and his availability. I had sent photos over with a description of the works that needed doing and his initiative in providing a cost impressed me. I'd had few quotes (cheaper as well) but Arthur had mentioned that they would be able to look into a few other aspects of the property for us as well as the garden maintenance, which I preferred.
He was available to start the work the next day, and although the works took them over the initial estimated cost and time, they'd done a professional and thorough job.
They've looked into repairing the guttering and also have been helpful in suggesting other areas they can provide help with.
So far, they have been very professional and reliable. Their communication has also been really well and they work hard.
