This is hands down, the best phone shop ever! Brought in my water damaged iPhone 6, and Alpha went through so much trouble just to fix it for me. About a week ago, I needed the screen replaced on my iPhone 6S after dropping it, and looked through reviews and find great reviews for Alpha Phones and it was local. I called them up and they answered immediately, were very helpful and told me to come over within the hour. The owner actually fixed my phone within 20 minutes on the spot and even gave me a deal, what a lovely guy! Went in to Alpha Phones yesterday and i have to say the staff couldn't have been better. The display on my iPhone 6 plus had lost all it's touch input. They didn't have a replacement screen in stock but said they could get one within about 5 hours. However, before ordering that, the guy who worked there too 5 mins to take my screen off and test it with an older one they had in stock to see if it would solve the problem which it did. Apple had said to me they would just replace it and see what happens and that i might lose my data. Alpha phones took time to actually explore the problem, try a few different work arounds and did their best to make sure i didn't lose any data. Result was that i walked away with a phone that worked again, no data loss and i'd saved quite a bit of money. I can definitely recommend these guys, not only do they do exactly what they offer, they are very polite, friendly and are really nice guys. More...

I break my phone regularly and have had it repaired by many different companies though I've found that this company in particular I don't have to wait days or weeks they do it in the hour at a reasonable price and are very friendly and helpful. .. The majority of the reviews here are right: Alpha Phones is a great shop where there is not only good alternatives of phone materials, but the service is outstanding.
