I called Ben and had a consultation over the phone and he gave me 2 options that would fix my issues with the PC .
He cam back to me with an exact price for the job and his time.

Ben was on time and able to complete the change of hardware and upgrade in the time thatvhe had told me it would take. And the preceeded to instruct me about how to use some new software too.
The computer was upgraded and fixed beyond my expectation.
Later that day I had an issue with a driver and Ben was happy to help me fix this remotely.
Overall this was a great experience and at a very very fair price plus he was confident enough to guaranteeall his work. I would definitely use Ben again to fix or build a PC and can recommend him confidentially 11/10 well done!!!
