I had prompt contact from Noella, the bussiness owner. She made on initial visit, free of charge, to see the cleaning I needed. She explained to me the difference between standard and deep clean, something I was not aware of. She later sent me an estimate for a deep clean which she had recommended. She later came to do a deep clean which has now left my house glowing like a showroom. Noella, the business owner, is real professional who I couldn't find anything wrong to say about. I have now arranged for her to continue cleaning the house on a regular basis. She deserves more than 5* , if it was available.
