Attended the glow stick party with my 3 children yesterday. The first time we have been here and was really looking forward to it. But kids desperate for face paints which we waited in a queue for an hour and a half as only one person doing it. She was really good, but can't believe with the amount of kids attending that there was only one person doing the face paints! As that's of course what every child wants! We were told that parents can wait in the queue while kids go off and play. But our kids wouldn't leave our sides! Especially when we have children with additional needs, they find it hard anyway. While in the queue we felt we got in the way as the queue was right by the door for the bar. It was a small room we were waiting in. The kids were happy with their lunches 👍 and finally caught the end of the disco. But I also felt quite upset that I had spent £24 and half of it we were stuck in a queue! Also when we had arrived our names weren't on the list. My friend had booked the tickets. So we waited until she arrived a little later and they were on a different list?! Kids were upset that we couldn't get in when it started. Such a shame as I've heard some good things about here and see you do lots of events too. More...

Pleasantly suprised and the brekkie here is lovely along with some calming music. Much nicer than the hotel next door plus the rooms are clean cosy and warm in winter highly reccomended. We will definately be back.

We absolutely love going to Almondsbury Creative. It has such a lovely family friendly atmosphere with lots to do for the kids. The menu has a great selection so there is always something for everyone. The interior is very stylish, we particularly love the kids movie room such a fantastic idea for the kids. It's a really nice and relaxing place to hang out and there is always regular events on which always makes it a fun and exciting place to visit. More...

The room was good, it even had an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe, didn't use it but there if you needed it.||The service was lovely, helpful and friendly. ||We had a meal in the pub, if you want a cheap meal this isn't for you but if you want quality and properly cooked food (not ready made heated up rubbish) then you will enjoy this. The hotel was in a great location right off the motorway and easy to get anywhere from it. We had a great Sunday roast lunch upon our arrival. Throughout the stay the full english breakfast which was included in the rooms was delightful. The mushrooms were marvellous! We also had a few other meals during our stay which we enjoyed. As well as lots of great cider at the bar. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we would like to especially thank Bryn, Phil and James for making our stay memorable. This is my daughter favorate place and reletivly local. Good pub grub, not the cheapest but better value for that ie pay more get better food.
