What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is that I get to help people heal. I get to help people overcome challenges and obstacles that they otherwise wouldn't be able to. Most of all, I love the fact that I get to be a part of something bigger than me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Inspiration comes from the strangest places sometimes, but I think what inspired me most to get qualified and start my business was seeing one of my dearest friends go through a really tough time and not knowing how to help them.

You should choose me because I get it! I know how tough life can be sometimes, and I know how hard it is to navigate things without someone that will listen without judgment but with the aim of helping you and only you. I want to do that for you. I want to help you heal better.

Yes! Absolutely yes. Especially in todays climate. I provide my services telephonically, via email, and on video call.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Currently I am keeping my clients safe by seeing everyone remotely. When Covid - 19 dissipates and when my clients are comfortable we can reassess and consider face to face meetings.
Counselling
I have vast experience dealing with Anxiety and depression, addiction, as well as victims of abuse and stress management. I also assist with bereavement counselling and youth counselling.
