Would highly recommend these classes very easy to follow and from the comfort of your home. I’ve never been a gym fan but as a woman in my fifties I think it’s so important to keep active and Ally’s classes are keeping me flexible and strong love love love them, thanks so much.

We work together in person or online to reach goals. The programme is tailored to the individual.

Be patient, it will happen. Changes take time. So many people rush into it and do too much too quickly so they burn out and lose interest. I’ve made big changes to people’s lives by building slowly and being realistic. I love it when people start to fall in love with this type of training rather than seeing it as a chore.

The feedback from people who’ve struggled but are now finding their way always makes me smile.

I wanted to help people and make a difference. Strength and mobility training are so important and can change people’s lives.

I offer in person or online training and have an app where I can recommend my own guided workouts to do in their own time. Technique is very important to me. My clients need to feel the right muscles working without pain.

Yes I have my own app with over 100 workouts. I also offer live training sessions. There is everything from 10 minute back mobility to 15 minute core strength to 45 minute flexibility to full hour full body strength training with weights. Levels vary from beginner to advanced.

Most customers like to train online. If they come here then I sanitise all equipment. If you have any symptoms or have been in contact with someone with symptoms then please don’t come in.

My main focus is building lean muscle and increasing metabolism to enable a healthy lifestyle. We work together and within your capabilities so it isn’t off-putting. You can make big changes with the right support.

I help with nutritional advice to improve energy levels, enable better digestion and build a healthier lifestyle.

Mobility and flexibility are important. We work on both these aspects together in person or online. You can have access to numerous body strength workouts on my app if you prefer to do them in your own time. These are brilliant for improving the joints and helping with chronic pain.
