Terrible customer service, do not recommend the Annapolis service provider.

We reserved an MKT limo for the Thursday before Christmas Eve for a family of 8 to go to dinner and see some holiday lights. The reservation was made a few days before Thanksgiving. An initial deposit was taken. A few weeks later, someone from the office called and requested the rest of balance. I paid it even though we were weeks away from Christmas and the event.

On the Wednesday prior to the event, a "dispatcher" called me to confirm the reservation and trip. He then told me that he needed to take the gratuity over the phone via CC as they do not allow cash tips. I also paid this as well. He then advised me that he would be authorizing another hour in case we run over our 4-hour reservation. I begrudgingly ok'd that as well.

Thursday, 2 hours before pickup, I get another call from the same "dispatcher" who has let me know that while the limo was on its way to get to us, it broke down and that they would have to send us another limo. I had the option of a stretch hummer or a bus. Who would say no to a stretch hummer. We selected stretch hummer. He said that with that choice, we would have to pay an additional $100 for the upgrade. I told him that we should not have to pay and that the limo breaking down was not our issue. The dispatcher then indicated that he had to get another vehicle and that he was willing to pay for half of the upgrade ($100 for him as well) in addition to getting his broken-down limo serviced and fixed. Again, I reminded him that was not our problem. He said I could cancel. I did not want to cancel because I had family from out of town and a whole night planned.

We continued with the stretch hummer. Bear in mind, we paid for a 4-hour limo ride, paid the balance in full prior to service, paid the tip on CC prior to being serviced, was being authorized for an additional hour prior to being serviced, and not was paying for a limo upgrade for a limo breakdown.

A limo from another company arrives. When I speak with the driver, she informs us that our limo company serviced out our reservation. She indicated that she is not going to receive the tip that our original limo company authorized from me. I felt terrible and paid her $50 cash.

On Sunday, 2 days after our event, we called our original limo company to request a refund of the $100 dollars for the upgrade that we should NOT have been charged AND for the $50 cash that we had to tip the other driver. He refused to refund our $100 dollars even though, he, Mike, as the business owner knows that a car breaking down is a risk that he took on when opening this company. He only issued a $50 refund for the cash that we had to tip the other driver.

Customers - please beware with this company. I will never recommend the, and I will never use them again. More...
