Great breakfast, brown sourdough, poached eggs, avocado with lightly salted butter. Everything is locally sourced. Quality is a 10 out of 10. American coffee was perfect. Locally roasted I believe. Feed is a great concept. They are new and developing. Looking forward to see the growth of this brilliant Store and Cafe. More...

Feed is one of those rare places that not only delivers on real quality soul food (organic, local, prepared in house/home baked) but is one of those places that whilst being all of that isn’t pretentious or clicky or something that’s not realistic for families wanting to enjoy lunch or breakfast together.
Its a bubble you can feel welcome in, relaxed and confident knowing your gut will be looked after and that’s all introduced to you by a wave of freshly baked aromas smacking you in the chops as you walking through the vintage bell door. Mmmmmm : )
I eat out a lot and feed is just a place that brings it. Not only on your plate but to your other 4 senses.
I spoke with the owners who unbelievably not only do the baking and cooking themselves but run the establishment and have ventured into this on their own ... for the first time ever.
That alone is impressive.
It was refreshing to hear their story and how determined they are to make it a success not only for Feed but for the people and the village they serve.
The decor and aesthetics create drama but are still warm and very easy on the eye and the smell of coffee alone is something that is needed to organically perk you up nicely ready for the day ahead.
The cakes and cookies will blow your mind and tastebuds, All baked fresh that Morning too as I’ve seen through the windows walking my dogs. (Oh yeah and dog friendly)
The menu is not huge but realistically when stock is so fresh proper eateries never seem to over compensate the menu. The selective and well conducted dishes always and confidently speak for themselves.
Seriously. I am so happy you came to the neighbourhood and have become my local. For a foodie who is quite picky and sensitive, you have no idea what this means... thank you.
