Working with Katie was a dream! She took time listening to me and understanding my damaged relationship with food. Prior to working with katie - I was not doing good with my body image, health and overall wellness. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
To me a healthy diet is a diet which involves no restrictions or food rules (unless warranted for medical conditions) and instead focuses on eating both foods we enjoy and foods that are beneficial to our health. Mental health is just as important as physical health - so a healthy diet is one which benefits both!
What do you love most about your job?
I love enabling my clients to reach their goals (and to realise that they can!) It really is as simple as that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my Instagram account to post about evidence based nutrition and bust nutrition myths. Since then I have enjoyed educating people with evidence based nutrition and have realised just how many people there are out there sharing inadequate/incorrect advice.
My goal is to help as many people as possible through correct, evidence based practice. That's why I started my business!

I can't stress enough how important it is to set clients up with the knowledge and education to be able to continue to help themselves for the rest of their life.
Not only do I support my clients throughout their time with me, but I provide them with the education required to maintain their goals long-term.

1:1 consultations
I provide 1:1 consultations via zoom to provide my clients with the help, guidance and education they need. Consultations are usually between 30 and 45 minutes long (initial assessment may be longer)
