After having all the bathroom floors done by Allfloors a few years ago, I went back to them to have Karndean installed in the hallway, kitchen/diner and utility room. I am more than pleased with the quality of the service from both Richard/Mhairi and Chris the fitter. I wish all companies were as professsional and a pleasure to deal with. They were very understanding and offered great advice during the long time I took to make a decision on the product! Fantastic experience all round. The lady at the shop was very helpful in helping us find the exact carpet we wanted, communications were great throughout the process and the fitters turned up exactly on time and did a quick, efficient and very high quality job, all for a very reasonable price. Allfloors recently carpeted our three bedrooms and stairs and put karndean down in the hall and living room. Having had a bad experience in a previous property with flooring I can honestly say allfloors were brilliant in every way. Richard and mhairi managed logistics to fit the job in at short notice and to budget. However the fitters were the complete stars. Allfloors has a great range of products, both carpets and hardwood flooring. So many, in fact, that it can be difficult to make a choice. Having said that, Mhairi is always ready to offer clear, sensible advice and help you make the right choice. Richard was also very helpful - in our case with the installation of the floorings. No matter what we asked for Mhairi and Richard was always very helpful and very knowledgeable. Colin, the flooring fitter, was a genius and did an excellent job for us - on both floors we has fitted. An architect friend even commented on the quality of the workmanship and asked who had done the fitting.

I would heartily recommend Allfloors to anyone looking for new flooring or carpets for their home. More...
