I put a request on Bark this morning and Phil gave me a call within 10 minutes to better understand the work I was requesting. Phil agreed to visit my property an hour later and he arrived on time.

Upon meeting Phil and Mike I knew I was in safe hands, I pointed out the various jobs I needed doing and they were keen to get started. They are both clearly skilled and knowledgeable in their field and explained what they were doing each step of the way to me. They were reasonably priced, very polite and respectful of my property, they completed all the work I had requested to a high standard.

I would not hesitate to use Phil & Mike / All Custom Roofing again in the future (I've saved Phil's number in my phone and we have already discussed future work) and would certainly recommend them.

I am willing to withdraw my earlier review as I have not been fair to the guys to come back and make good the repair. I am very angry and upset following the recent loss of my wife and I apologise for this but the repair is still required.

Leak is worse than before and so I spent wasted money based on the reviews in Bark. I am afraid I will not be using any of your trades persons on Bark ever again and especially not the trade persons who did the so called repair and basically took the money for no professional service

After the rain everything dry and good

The lads came round gave us a quote, did the job and everything is satisfactory, even after that heaviest of rains, the damp has disappeared from the bedroom so all in all I'm happy

After an early morning request put on bark, Phil was quick to respond and equally quick to visit and fix my dripping gutter and repair a damaged downpipe.

Received a phone call shortly after I posted my advert. Came with the quote 2 days later as agreed. This was a second quote and much cheaper tha the first one. Done the job the same day.
