Our services include drain unblocking and clearance, CCTV drain surveys, rodent investigations, high pressure water jetting and non-invasive repairs as well as the excavation and replacement of damaged drains and the relocation and diversion of existing drains and manholes for extensions, conservatories or garden rooms.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people who are in a bit of a pickle. You can live with many niggles in your home but a blocked toilet isn't usually on that list!
What inspired you to start your own business?
To provide a legacy for my kids and more freedom to spend time with them.
Why should our clients choose you?
What you see is what you get. We won't sugar coat any problems and if we can't fix it we won't charge you. If we do find that you have an underlying issue we'll give you a no obligation estimate and if you don't choose us to rectify it, that's fine! At least you are informed and are armed with the right information and the questions to ask if you do choose another tradesman. And we really are born, bred and based in Dover.

Unfortunately we have to get our hands dirty (and by hands I mean gloves!) to help you so we can't offer remote services. sorry.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Mark is fully vaccinated, and we have gloves, masks, antiseptic wipes, hand sanitiser and shoe covers to protect you and us.

CCTV Drain Survey
We offer three levels of survey.
1) A basic check to see if it's clear or obstructed.
2) Cleaning with a high pressure washer and dye trace with a basic report with data and recommendations.
3) A full NADC specified survey
Non Invasive Repairs
Wherever possible we'd look to fix your existing drain with a non invasive solution that will last 50 years. This involves installing a discrete patch within the damaged section rather than excavating down to replace the original pipework.
Drain Diversion
If you are considering a conservatory, garden building, decking or patio we can divert your existing drains and manhole covers.
Footings and Foundations
We can supply the excavator and driver to dig the footings for foundations or deep drainage and provide the muckaway.
