We left the house on a Saturday afternoon and the gearbox in the front door lock failed so that we were locked out. We were able to contact David, who gained entry via the back door, which then required a new cylinder. David was able to fix both locks that same afternoon. We subsequently asked David to replace the rear door lock with a three-star version, which he ordered and fitted promptly. David has a friendly disposition and inspires confidence in his work.
