Great for shopping. Has almost every shop you can think of set out on a grid like a step ladder, most of it pedestrianised. The bus stops are down the main street called Royal Parade and can take you to lots of places. Plenty of good restaurants and the theatre make it a good place for a night out. More...

Not on. More cancellations day by day when the strikes suit them. Not fair if people have to travel to work and it get cancelled and due to ongoing strikes people like myself are losing wages as well as jobs especially if short staffed. Not all people travel to work by car or bus. Depending on location to get to work. More...

Crowded and noisy most of the time. Additionally, the recorded voice inviting people to use the handrail and take care caused me headache. It is good to recommend to people to use the handrail and take care, but it is better to put a written notice. More...

Location aside which can't be helped this station has absolutely no cafe to speak of. Astonishing for a town the size. Shame on whoever is responsible for this.

It's a nice and well maintained station. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. It's a 15 min walk from City Centre. Signs and information boards are pretty clear. More...

Positives: • The station itself was ok, very clear signage and easy to navigate. • The rail links itself are good to Cornwall, Devon, Exeter and London Paddington. Negatives: • Only shops are a WHSmith which was OK and Pumpkin Cafe (which are never very nice). • Situated far away from city centre and harbour (20min walk). • There is no tactile paving on the platform edge. I called the station because our suitcase was accidentally left behind and it was sent to Plymouth train station. After speaking with Matt he found the suitcase and packed this for courier collection, he was very kind and understanding. We also spoke with Pete at Plymouth TS because the courier company delayed our collection. Pete was also very understanding. In a nutshell we finally received our suitcase due to Plymouth train staff. Matt and Pete were absolutely excellent and professional, thank you so much guys. More...

Undoubtably the worst train station if any sizeable settlement in England. Inconveniently located away from the city centre, separated from it by a plethora of urban motorways and underpasses, and without even a bus stop outside. Poor facilities with nowhere to get any edible food (a stale croissant from Pumpkin Café is not a dinner option), with not even a shop or supermarket let alone any hot food options anywhere in the vicinity. A generally bleak, depressing, unwelcoming environment place with no proper catering options. I’d say it’s a poor welcome to the city but; it’s actually a pretty actually representation of Plymouth itself. More...

The station is super easy to navigate with train information displayed very clearly. There's places to grab a coffee or bite to eat - either to sit in or to take with you. Station is generally clean

The most depressing place on earth. And it keeps getting worse. The horrid - but useful - mini supermarket has gone, leaving an echoing empty space. The nice little coffee shop - with great bacon sarnies has gone - the station staff say because the rent increase was astronomical. The coffee kiosks on the platform have also gone - presumably for the same reason. The hideous underground tunnel smells like a urinal. The whole sad edifice is ugly, unwelcoming and a disgrace. What a shocking place to arrive in in of the UK's most beautiful - and popular - tourist areas. Shame on GWR More...

I came here many years ago from lundon to Plymouth. The station were grubby and badly maintained. I luved the littl pasty shop but unfortunately this station is not large enough to accommodate a MacDonalds franchise, in a city of a quarter of a million! ? I were hugely disappointed when I realised I Had to enter the city to dine at the Golden Arches! Aside from that, the parking and scenery is disgusting as there is no space to house more then 10 cars at once in the confined space of the parking lot/pick up area. I recommend disembarking and ivybridge and using a bus transfer to make your way into the citycenter. Sincerely, Sharon V Garcia More...

Staff are forever unhelpful and never happy. I ask simple advice and get a brick wall every time particularly by the blonde/grey lady on the first ticket booth on the way in. I asked for a replacement wallet for my tickets and apparently I can't get one yet they provided the original poorly made wallet which fell apart. I will bet you any money the man in camborne replaces it no question asked More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching the transformation of a property when I clean it the difference really is wow, and then most of all the customers smile as they cannot believe the change.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy being in different places and meeting new people, I found I'm pretty good at this cleaning and I wanted to make my own business so I can set my own very high standards
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm reliable, friendly, honest.
I will explain how to maintain or help on anyway so the property remains cleaner for longer saving the customer money in the long run.
Exterior Cleaning
I use many methods of cleaning, from low pressure soft wash to a high pressure power wash.
I use de-ionised pure water for Window cleaning and can restore green black plastic as well as guttering and fascias.
