I started online coaching with Alix when the second lockdown started and my gym closed. I had never used online coaching before and wasn't sure what to expect but I am so so happy with how it is going. The app is brilliant! My workouts are sent directly to me so I can do them on my schedule and I'm able to easily track my food alongside my personal nutrition plan. He's always quick to reply to any queries I may have, however small. We have a weekly catch up to review my progress as well! I've lost 5kg so far and couldn't recommend enough! More...

Alix really helped me get back into shape and has helped out massively with workouts to build strength back around a shoulder injury. Iv been using Alixs online coaching for a while now and am very pleased with the results! I was a member of a gym, but because of my busy lifestyle I always struggled to go, and with covid-19 getting worse and the restrictions at gyms I thought I would try something different. Then I came across Alixs online coaching. I love it! I can now workout regularly around my busy lifestyle with exercises I can do at home and stick to. Alix has made me feel more confident and more comfortable with his coaching and I feel incredibly motivated. I’ve been training with Alix for over 3 months now. He has provided me with a structure to my workouts which has helped me achieve my main goal of weight loss. He didnt just show me what exercises to do, he helped me to understand why I was doing them and the benefits they brought.
His knowledge when it comes to nutrition is extensive and he’s really helped opened my eyes to how bad my eating habits were!
I’d recommend to anyone who’s struggled with exercise in the past, whatever you want to achieve!
