Had my first massage with the lovely Lalita yesterday. I’ve had massages at many spas and salons over the years but this was just amazing! Lalita is very experienced and is not afraid to use pressure if your body needs it and you are happy with it. Not only was it a lovely, relaxing experience, I feel like it has really made a difference to my back, neck and shoulders which I’ve not had any aches or pains from since. Would highly recommend! Having been struggling to walk and sleep due to a bad back and sore hips I visited Marie. I was really nervous - I was worried I was going to be in more pain afterwards. Marie reassured me and we got to work. Firstly, marie assessed my stance from all angles. I think I found this perhaps the most difficult as I’m very conscious of my size but marie was the consummate professional and I realised I shouldn’t have worried. During the treatment, Marie continually checked the pressure was ok but also ensured she was working the problem areas.
