I cannot recommend Alice highly enough. 2 sessions with her has changed my life - I appreciate this sounds dramatic but having lived with chronic back pain for the last 9 years, I’m now able to sleep through the night, socialise, play with my kids, move freely, I can actually contemplate doing things I haven’t done in so long because I was so restricted.
