What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help individuals or couples to have a positive and relaxing experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used hypnotherapy during my pregnancy with my son and I had an absolutely amazing experience. It inspired me to train as a hypnotherapist to help others to have a more positive birth experience.
During training I also experienced the power of hypnotherapy for other purposes such as helping with stress, helping with confidence and fears/phobias. I think everyone should experience Hypnotherapy at least once in their life.

Yes absolutely, giving you the flexibility of being in the comfort of your own home and at a time that suits you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have currently put my group hypnotherapy for childbirth courses on hold as your safety is so important to me.
During face o face sessions I will ensure the room has windows open and I am happy to wear a face mask.
Remote sessions are also available.
