Alice Dartnell Life Coach

When I met Alice I Immediately noticed her electric energy. During these challenging times we are all facing, it's so important to surround yourself with positive people. Someone once said to me 'ditch the drainers and spend time with the radiators'. So here I am following Alice and joining many of her fantastic coaching sessions. She has helped me to reflect on what I have to be grateful for, what I have achieved and to not put too much pressure on myself, while still maintaining motivation.
