Amazing service from Allison! We usually have a family member feed the cats when we're 9n holibobs but thought we'd give this a try - we are SO glad we did! Allison was amazing with our guys, she kept me fully ip to date with little messages and pics via WhatsApp which I just loved! They were so well looked after that I don't think they even noticed we weren't there! haha I would happily recommend Ali, she's amazing with your furbabies and nothing is too much of an ask - we were caught up in the flight issues with TC and she even messaged me to check if I needed her to visit if I was delayed, such a sweet thing to offer! Allison took excellent care of my two kitties while we were away, one of which required daily medication which she was fine with administrating. We got daily photos and updates which was lovely and helped us worry less about them while away. Would highly recommend Allison, she took such good care of Blue and Lily while we were away from home. Allison sent us photos and videos while we are were away which makes it a bit easier to leave them knowing that they were in such good hands. Blue is very shy but by the end of the week she was loving all the fuss from Allison! Food bowls and litter trays were immaculate when we got home. Ali is great, she visits before you head off on holiday and made a great connection with my anxious cat Tippy. Ali looked after Tippy for 2 weeks whilst we were away and I felt reassured Tippy was in great hands. Ali would send us messages, videos and photos of a Tippy whilst we were away. She put our buckets out, offered to turn lights on and knowing someone was in the house daily was also reassuring. I would highly recommend this service More...

Alison is a wonderful caring cat lover. Left our cat for first time with Alison as did not want to lock him up in a cattery. Coco is only one year old and has never been left before and I was really upset at the thought of leaving him, however from the first visit from Alison to meet us,Coco came to her immediately and appeared to connect with her right away so that made me feel happy and she was such a lovely person I felt more relaxed at the thought of leaving him in her care. Even with a super last minute booking, Alicats was still super helpful to accommodate us so that our furbabies were in good hands while we went off on our holidays. My boys seemed completely at ease being able to stay in their own space and still be looked after. Third time we've asked Alicat to care for our two cats while we're on holiday, and we'd never go back to a cattery now. Alicat removes all the stress associated with a cattery by providing top notch care and attention to our cats in their own home. They are fed at their usual times, always have clean water, are allowed out and back in as needed and are always most relaxed when we return home. While we're away we are provided with photo and text updates on the cats' welfare and it is clear they receive cuddles and conversation in our absence. One of our cats is diabetic and Alicat administer his twice daily treatment just as we would. This is cheaper, more humane and most of all more safe and reassuring than any other type of service for our cats during holidays.
