Hello. I have been a counsellor in many different setting (childhood sexual abuse charity, end of life charity, prison, various mental health settings, university and private practise) working face to face, online and in groups since 1999. I work from a person-centred perspective but have gathered many skills and techniques through a variety of continued professional development which may help you. I have extensive experience, training, knowledge in bereavement, grief and loss and run free charity support groups around Surrey for The Brigitte Trust.

It is important to get the right counsellor so I offer a free half hour session so that we can discuss your needs and see if we feel we can work well together.

In person I obviously take on people around the Guildford area but remotely I prioritise Merseyside as I used to live there and would like to keep a connection joining .
