I employ a variety of methods to help clients achieve their fitness goals. However, I emphasise developing strength through the fundemental movement patterns. I also favour boxing and kickboxing padwork to develop cardiovascular endurance.

I am experienced in providing personal training or group exercise instruction for individuals and groups with disabilities. This include conditions such as stroke survivors, MS, diabetes amputees, joint replacements and dementia, to name a few.
