Have already posted a review on Ali. But to repeat, excellent service carried out promptly and efficiently with flexibility and concern for my disability and (post flood) stressful situation. Ali did a great job at helping me to move some furniture. Would recommend!

Ali responded immediately to my urgent need for 2 men and a van when I was trying to coordinate the removal of flood damaged items and the delivery of replacement items. It was an awkward job and he and his workmate were very flexible and handled it very well with kindness in response to my post stroke disability, gender and age. Ali was good humoured and did everything he could to reassure me and reduce the stress I was obviously feeling in the midst of my flood damage and dealing with insurance claims.
Ali and his workmate are robust young men but I was conscious they were fasting just now. Despite this they managed heavy lifting without hesitation or complaint.

These two gentle men were proper professional and very good at there job. They even took their boots off because I'd had new carpets fitted in my new place.
