Gutter Cleaning
Gutters cleared of any detritus to ensure rainwater goods free flowing. Work will be completed using our Gutter Vac system for complete operator safety. Internal to gutters only, cleared and not wiped nor externally.
Patio/Drive Cleaning
Clear area to be cleaned, pre treat with SoftWash solution to emulsify dirt and grime. Agitate as required rinse with high/low water pressure
Render Cleaning
To treat the render with a solution of our SoftWash system to ensure a 100% kill ratio of organic growth. Neutralise surfaces on completion.
Roof Cleaning
Remove moss from tiles using roof scraper tool on extension pole. Pre rinse roof tiles with water before applying a treatment of SoftWash solution to ensure a 100% kill ratio of organic growth. Lichen growth may take some weathering to come away.
Window Cleaning - Non subscription
External window cleaning using Waterfed Pole cleaning system - Reach & Wash system for a smear free finish. No ladders required.
Window Cleaning - Subscription
Our subscription window cleaning service is based on monthly billing for the service and 9 cleans per year (6 weekly)
De Moss Roof
Removal of moss from the tiled roof using Marshall Pro roof cleaning tools to remove 70/80% of moss. We would recommend an application of SoftWash solution to ensure 100% kill ratio of moss and to stop re growth for 2/5yrs. Work to be completed from Tower Scaffold or MEWP
Solar Panel cleaning
Wash down solar using waterfed pole system to increase PV yield.
