How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The main issue I see with clients not achieving their goals is a lack of consistency.
So I work with you to find the best way for you to stay consistent. Depending on what each client needs, I can be more hands on or hands off. If a client needs encouragement or advice between sessions, I provide this.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. We find a way to work fitness into your life and from there you attend every session, push yourself, eat well, sleep well, and love well.
If there *was* a secret, it would be to remember that you are more than just body parts. If you can hold this perspective and learn to enjoy fitness for reasons other than changing the appearance of your body, chances are you probably will do just that. And if you don't, it won't matter anyway!
What do you love most about your job?
Without a shadow of a doubt, forming relationships with my clients. I enjoy every session because I enjoy spending time getting to know people and helping them to see that they are stronger and more capable than they thought. There is no greater feeling than watching someone surprise themselves with their own strength and perseverance.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love working for myself. Having the freedom to design my own workweek means I can optimise my sessions and show up for my clients at my best. An overworked, underslept personal trainer is not going to be much good to anyone.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you choose to work with me, firstly I would be honoured. And second, by working with me I hope that you will be excited for each session. I don't like to overwork my clients. My goal in each session is for you to do the necessary work to meet your goals, while leaving the session feeling energised and accomplished, not exhausted and full of dread for the next session.

If you're looking for a gym programme to follow, I can design one for you based on available equipment, your goals, available time, likes/dislikes.
We'll have a free phone or zoom consultation to discuss what you're looking for and then I'll get to work.
Depending on your location, I also offer a one-off in person gym session to run through this programme with you.
Nutritional Advice
I can offer advice on calories, macros and food choices/meal ideas if desired. As well as supporting you to form a healthy, balanced relationship with food.
1-1 Personal Training
We will first have a free phone or zoom consultation to discuss what you're looking for and how I can help you.
I will then design a programme for you, tailored to your goals, preferences, abilities and availability.
During our sessions, you will learn correct technique for each exercise, as well as the rationale behind them. I will help you to see that you are capable of far more than you previously believed. And, of course, I will help you to get stronger, fitter, and become your ideal version of yourself.
When working with a trainer, it's important that we form a good relationship. The best results tend to come from a partnership that's aligned and has trust. A few laughs also help!
Small group personal training (2 or 3 people)
This option reduces the cost for each individual - and it's always fun to train with friends!
