A level personal trainer based in Rochester. I’ve always had a keen interest in many sports, but my passion for health and fitness came when I turned 19 and joined my first gym.

I had no previous experience or knowledge about training and nutrition so began to research through reading and by watching training videos on how I could improve my physique and strength. Due to this lack of knowledge and conflicting information that’s around, results were slow and it took time before any noticeable differences could be seen. I began to look towards people who had more credibility and research to back up their claims, through hard work and persistence, consistent results were obtained.

At the age of 22 my passion for the industry had grown further and I qualified as a registered personal trainer. I work with a variety of clients and age groups, helping them to achieve their goals. I use a simple approach to training and nutrition to get results.
