I provide personal training session packages including workout programmes and session plans, nutritional advice, free healthy recipe e-books, weekly check-ins and always at hand to answer any questions you may have! I am also an experienced boxer and can include some boxing pads training in the programme too but that is personal preference.

I started with Alex in October 2019 and can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I started by going to three small group PT sessions a week as I was a complete gym novice and have now moved on to just one PT session and two classes a week. Mick is extremely supportive while pushing you to be your best. I really look forward to my time in the gym now and always leave having worked hard and laughed a lot! I love personal training because of the rewarding feeling I get when I see people achieving their health and fitness goals! My aim in life is to help people however possible and spread happiness and health. I love seeing a client walk out of a session feeling amazing. They feel great, are more confident and have a smile on their face. As a trainer seeing that in my clients make my day.

Training in the gym with friends and family I discovered my passion to helping them achieve their goals, it gave me a real buzz and a sense of true purpose to see my skills and knowledge generating a positive difference in their lives. Putting smiles on their faces; this positive energy is seriously contagious, since then I felt a strong sense of satisfaction from the success of each person I helped, this inspired me to follow a career and turn what I love in to a living.
