Having been taken ill on a night out, my Son phoned Albatross cars, the driver that picked us up told me not to worry as he was First Aid and would stop if need be. I switched to Albatross a couple of years ago after a bad experience with another taxi company. I regularly use the app to order taxis as it is more convenient for me (I rarely carry cash). I have rarely had issues with the app and these have never been issues with payment luckily. The drivers for the most part are very nice and extremely helpful. When using the app for late night pickups on a busy night out, the drivers will confirm your booking rather than just letting anyone jump in your ordered cab.
