Lubo & Dusan are top-quality engineers & very efficient, but also very helpful in explaining & communicating with the house-owner. They installed our biomass boiler, and did a fantastic job - the boiler house is neatly laid out and everything is easily accessed. Whenever we have had a problem with the boiler (through no fault of theirs), they have made every effort to come out as soon as possible, and they stay until the work is done. Excellent service was provided by DLKtechnologies who came to our rescue following the failure of our biomass boiler and the failure of the installer, who despite servicing the boiler, did not know how to resolve the problem! !!! This was further exacerbated by a difficulty in finding appropriate help in Scotland. Lubo Kotesovsky is a friendly gentleman who, with his expertise, experience and appropriate equipment quickly identified and resolved the problem on a Saturday afternoon.
