Elton Cani from ALBTAXIS is a very dishonest man. He has several bookings and has been paid in advance and one day before the journey said I cant do it now. When asked him to return the money he said i cant wait 7 days. He has stolen this money and must refund. He owes other people money too and wont pay it back!
