About

Stéphanie Escorial is the Founder of Akashabe and created the Personal Power Life Method, after her frustrations of feeling powerless. The method uniquely combines Reiki, Kung Fu, Yoga, Shamanism and other modalities and belief systems.

She is now a Certified 10X Fitness Coach (a fitness method of a two 15-min workouts per week only), Health and Wellness Coach, Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Breath Coach, Yoga Teacher, a Reiki Practitioner, Author, Writer and Designer.

Before I started the 10x I used to have a very bad knee and high blood pressure but since I've been doing the workout, am feeling much better and my blood pressure is lower and getting stronger every day , all that is done to you stephanie. All My Services are Online, the 10X Health and Fitness Program is an Online Program (so it's very convenient for the clients). The 10X Workouts are Online Feedbacks (24 workouts in total), customers video record their workouts and send to it me once done, they receive a qualitative and quantitative feedback, the Coaching Calls are Onine as well.
