What do you love most about your job?
I love it very much when an application has been successful. The joy of knowing that the effort the client and I have put into preparing the application, getting all the supporting documents right, and then getting a decision that the application has been granted gives me great joy.
It is also great to know that I have made another client very happy and their immigration problem has be solved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for various immigration firms, I decided to branch off on my own. This way, I can give the client the quality of my service and the best client care any client can receive.
Why should our clients choose you?
A client should choose me, not only because of my deep knowledge of the application being made but also due to my excellent client care provided, my very high success rate in applications made, and the affordability of my fees.
Every client wants to feel valued, provided with the best service, and have their hard work yield fruit by getting their application granted. Though I am not the financial decision maker and cannot guarantee a successful outcome, however, if your application is prepared by me and before the application is submitted, you are informed that you stand a very high chance of success and the application is ready for submission, any refusal may be overturned, if challenged, as it most likely would be a Home Office error.
During the initial advice service, if a client cannot make an application, or the application would be refused, the client would be informed. I do not give false hopes and I lot of clients have appreciated that and also referred friends.
I am also very detailed and meticulous in my applications and always carry the client along so that client would be aware of every step and they have increased confidence in the work being done.

Yes. My services are provided online and remotely so you do not need a face-to-face visit.
Documents and correspondence are via email and meetings can be held via a telephone call, Zoom, Teams Video call, WhatsApp, or Skype. Basically, any means of communication that is suitable for the client.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
With remote working, clients do not need to leave their homes.
