How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I take a holistic and consultative approach. I ensure we are thorough in understanding exactly what you want to achieve, your exercise experience and fitness level, your commitments and responsibilities, any injuries and mobility issues, your mindset and what motivates you.
I will give you support and focus, and offer guidance for better choices whether it be nutrition or exercises I have given you to implement in your own time. I endeavour to make the workouts as fun as possible and totally tailored to ensure you maintain motivation and ultimately, attain your fitness goal.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A holistic approach. Being smart about your training and diet. Dedication, hard work, commitment, discipline, sacrifice but also enjoying your exercise and food.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping others to feel good and attaining their desired health and fitness goals. Improving someone’s quality of life and well being and creating more positivity in their life is priceless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been a fitness enthusiast. I participated in sports most of my life, however I sustained injuries through sports and weight lifting. I realised some of my techniques were not the best for me, and were leading to inbalances and joint and mobility issues, which then inspired me to turn a passion into a career. I wanted to help others not make the same mistakes I did, and get the most efficient use from exercise. I had always dreamed of having my own health business, and knew it was a business that would thrive as I believe so much in it and helping others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am always fully committed to my clients. I am passionate about them achieving their best physical and mental health fitness. I have vast experience in the industry and have an abundance of equipment. I am able to come to my clients if they require, and as many of my clients prefer I am able to offer a private studio to train in. I can offer diverse training locations and regimes that will keep the client interested and motivated. I will support my client in making better choices when eating or drinking out and about or when planning on exercising alone. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than my client being successful in their quest.
