A bedroom ceiling had fallen in due to a leak. AJG were super efficient, responded urgently, and did the job urgently, taking down rest of ceiling, removing loads of old insulation, putting up new ceiling and insulation, and arranging plastering, which is happening at the time of this review, all within a week of discovering the leak.
