Repair work was completed within 15 minites, we gave the repair request with asking for a quote.
The price of £120 for the time spent I feel is excessive, the engineer then quoted £150 plus parts cost for a service, a price I cannot afford. Will cancell next appointment.

Hi Robbie, Im so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service I provided yesterday, In the current market my business is competitively priced for call out and repair work, As for the time on site I'm really proud of how quickly I can get issues sorted for my customers, and as you said i'm the 4 engineer in 4 months and the only 1 to be able to repair it. The Boiler service was estimated at £150 including all the parts required. (electrode kit, burner seal, & inhibitor) again a very competitive price. Let down by British Gas, I arranged for AJD to carry out a boiler service. Aden came promptly but had to advise me that my gas boiler had obviously not been serviced properly for some years, so was in a dangerous condition and should not be used. He turned everything off and quickly arranged to purchase a new boiler, which he fitted 4 days later. His work was efficient and tidy and I expect him to finish the job shortly, as agreed.
