Ajay has been a fab PT. He constructed a menu plan for me on the first session and incorporated sports into my workouts instead of just doing exercises which kept me interested. I was with AJ for a little while and couldn’t stay for reasons of my own, but this chap was great from start to finish gave me quality sessions that I enjoyed and made the whole experience great and for a first PT I have ever had he has set the bar up high, so highly recommend AJ for personal training won’t find many better trainers out there.

1-2-1 Personal Training
train privately with me, this is so perfect if you’re looking to gain confidence, have a specific goal that you want to achieve or just too busy to train with friends.
Couples training
Train with a friend, parter or buddy. many people find this to be cost effective as you share the costs of training with someone else and still receive the same benefits.
Group training (max 4)
train with with a group of people, helps you to stay consistent as you can't let the others down!.This is a good way to get the benefits of a PT at much lower cost.
