I highly recommend Mr Sheon Jackson as an excellent solicitor. He has helped me to become a British citizen. Mr Sheon has applied on my behalf as a solicitor and for the parts that I had to fill out myself, he has guided me through them. I have been concerned about the whole application process (making sure there were no mistakes and having the required documents) but Mr Sheon has assured and helped me by making the whole process quite easy. He took me through the application step by step. He did not rush me when I was gathering my documents even though I took a few weeks to send them to him, which shows that he is patient.

Mr Sheon is polite, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. It is easy to communicate with him, it is not intimidating to talk to him at all. He has a sense of calmness which is helpful as going through naturalisation can be quite stressful at times (do not be discouraged to go through the naturalisation though it is possible!).

If you don't understand a question in the application or regarding the general process of becoming a British citizen Mr Sheon will take time out of his day to call you and explain well. Mr Sheon also responds to his emails well and as soon as he can.

My whole application was done online and communication with Mr Sheon was through the phone and via email so it is possible to go through this process without having to meet up and take documents with you (all documents were sent via email).

My application was submitted in early March 2022 and after attending Biometrics where the final submission of my application occurred, I have received confirmation of being a British Citizen towards the end of May 2022. This is to say that the decision of becoming a British citizen did not take long for me at all but it is dependent on your application as different factors play a part in it (please note that I have applied as a university student and your application is dependent on your circumstances e.g. evidence of qualifying periods for residence in the UK, nationality and marital status; whether you are married to a British citizen or not etc). If you are worried or anxious about whether you have enough evidence to prove your residence or unsure about whether you qualify to become a British citizen do contact Mr Sheon Jackson (AJA Solicitors) to discuss it he will be of great help.

When I was researching which solicitor to choose for naturalisation on Bark.com AJA Solicitors stood out the best. I had been contacted by several solicitors but Mr Sheon Jackson had sent me an email replying to my concern and provided me with his own solicitor contact details (as other solicitors gave me their company's general email and different people kept replying to my emails which is stressful as not evebody knew my personal case).

Out of Sheon Jackson's courteousness and professionalism, I chose AJA Solicitors as Mr Sheon dealt with me as an individual (which was evident from his first email) and not as another case in his job (as some solicitors tend to do). Mainly, Mr Sheon did not make me pay for a phone consultation regarding my queries (other solicitors required a phone consultation before answering my queries), nor added extra fees which is why I first chose AJA solicitors. I also only made payment to AJA Solicitors after my British citizenship application was submitted. The payment was discussed before the application so I was aware of the total sum so there were no bad surprises. I have enjoyed Mr Sheon's professional service.
