Paid him to secure and fix a downpipe and he went off with the money leaving it hanging off the wall!! Insisted he return and he left the water coming into the side of the wall missing the gutter and rammed two Rawl plugs into the sides to steady it without sxrewing them in. The downpipe was thrashing about in the wind. A joke. Took money and ran without doing the job. Reported him to trading standers and considered phoning the police. Disgusting way to behave .
