About

I bring to my style of coaching a vast over lay of life experience in many different areas. Both personal and business. I have never sat back and regarded myself as the expert I invest in my skills as a coach on a daily basis so I can coach with my clients to the best of my ability so they receive grounded guidance and support. My job as a coach is to help empower my clients to discover there own way forward with what ever they come to coaching for.
Coaching isn’t an all fits one answer. I don’t have all the answers but working with my clients we endeavour to find what works and doesn’t work for each and every one - I am a person centred coach and am also a existential counsellor and like to bring my esoteric silks to the sessions if required.
I listen, I don’t judge, the space in which I coach is totally safe and confidential. Most importantly I bring congruency and patience to all sessions.
