What do you love most about your job?
I have always been a hands-on person and I love all aspects of my job.
No Day or set-up is the same. one day I am servicing a system that allows me to see what other company's are doing both good and bad. The next day I am installing a system with hard to gain access routes for cables and gives me the challenges i need.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been into electronics from a young age and had a shed when i was a kid one night someone broke into this shed and taken my bike along with my tools. From that point i was hooked on security.
I did 2 weeks work experience with an alarm company and was taken on by them when i finished school.
years down the line i decided that i wanted to start on my own and today I am hear telling you i am working for my self and that gives me pride in my self and the work i can put my logo on.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a small growing company we can offer the personal touches that can sometimes be missed when using a large company. All our systems have my details on them as i have pride in my work. I am a person that will always communicate with customers if we come across a problem and wont just "bodge a job"
Security Alarm Service
Security equipment needs to be looked after and that is why we offer servicing to anyone with a system. some company's will only service systems that they have installed this is because them might have to reprogram the system to get access the system settings set by the original company. we will take on all servicing with the exception of DIY systems. We don't service D.I.Y systems as a rule this is down to the poor quality of the equipment that DIY stores are selling
Installation Of Security Alarms
We install security alarms both wired and wire-free.
this starts as a free quotation and planning meeting at this point we listen to your needs in your home or business and then advice on what we can do to protect you.
From that stage we take notes of access routes for equipment and cables and offer a quote.
Please don't feel you need to give a yes or no answer at that point as we understand that sometimes you need time to think about the system. just give us a call when you would like to book a appointment.
The day of installation will be a busy time and for that reason we ask that pets are with you on the ground floor (this is so we can lift floorboards up safely and means less stress to yourself and pets) we will install your system in one or two days (depending on easy of cable routs) after we have don't this we will program your system and train anyone using the system.
At that point we ask you to have a walk round your home to see how your system looks while we pack up tools and clean up.
Any remaining moneys needs to be paid at this point.
Please use your system. some new customers are afraid if the system is to set off. we advice you to use your system so if you do have problems with your system we can sort this out fast (FREE TO CUSTOMERS WITH NEW SYSTEMS)
