What inspired you to start your own business?
AirVantage Drones has manifested from several streams which include; a passion for drone technology, an enthusiasm for photography and media production; and 22yrs of military experience.

2D Mapping

3D Photogrammetry
Photogrammetry is using multiple overlapping photographs from different angles to produce a 3D mesh, model or point cloud. These products employed with data captured from GNSS receives can produce high accuracy results.
Drone Survey Support
We can support your survey with photogrammetry techniques and data from our RTK drones and GNSS receivers. We produce high accuracy colour point clouds.
Thermal Imagery
Our Thermal camera drones can see what the eye cannot. Using its thermal sensor, the drone can show areas of heat radiation. This can help to indicate potential faults in electrical equipment like defects in solar panels. It can also be used to detect indications of water ingress on roofs for example. One of the most used purposes of thermal imaging is to highlight areas of poor heat insulation on buildings. These issues can then be rectified before costs mount.
